Returns + Exchanges

 
  • The customer is obliged to carefully examine products upon delivery to see whether the products meets the description. The customer must take into account small size- and color differences of the products shown on the website. And since the item is a natural product, please note that we do not accept returns due to the natural nature of the product.

  • If the products do not meet the description, please contact Masha Maria team as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days after delivery, in writing and motivated.

  • If it is proven that the products do not meet the description, Masha Maria may choose for the specific products to be replaced by new products or to refund the invoice value.

  • If you have a product for whatever reason do not wish to purchase, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after delivery from Masha Maria Returns are only accepted if the products are not damaged or used. The customer should also make use of the appropriate return form.

  • If the customer returns an item within 14 days after delivery and chooses for a refund, Masha Maria will refund the invoice value excluding shipping costs to the customer within 14 days after returned item has been received by Masha Maria

  • For returns, shipping costs are split 50/50 between us and the customer. This policy supports Slow Fashion and conscious shopping experience
